I will draw one winner randomly on the first of every month, starting June 1. All you have to do is subscribe to my blog.

You can unsubscribe anytime you want, but as long as you stay subscribed you'll be eligible to win a free design every month. You cannot win twice, if you win you may unsubscribe thereafter if you wish, but I hope you enjoy my writing and stick around ;).

Of course you need to use a valid email account that you actually check, as this will be the email you'll be notified at if you win. Project communication must also be done from this email address. Obviously one email per person, those who abuse this won't be eligible for the free website. And the website should be for you, no trying to re-sale it :P.

ABOUT THE DESIGN: You will receive a completely custom logo and web design. You can have up to 10 informational/brochure pages, that means images, text and links only integrated into a custom design with your custom logo (nothing cookie-cutter), but not the next Twitter ;). The design value for said free web design is around $500.

Let's Clear Up Some Worries

1. What's the catch?
You will essentially have already fulfilled this by subscribing and becoming one of my readers.

Another thing, is if you don't already have web hosting and a domain, I'd love to refer you to what I use; HostMonster, besides the fact that I would highly recommend this anyways, I do receive an incentive and you save $20. But, you have no obligation, you can signup with whatever service you wish. I do strongly advise against GoDaddy however.

2. Is it REALLY free?
Yes, web and logo design. Although I take pride in my work and aim to please, there will be limitations. As explained, up to 10 pages of text and pictures, as in an informational/brochure website. What this means is that you won't get every bell and whistle you can think of for those 10 pages, no Flash, no Shopping Cart, no User Logins with Accounts.

I will of course take your details on colors, fonts, design and other ideas. But, I will use my own discretion to get it done in a timely fashion. I won't ever bail on a project, I will simply tell you what can and can't be done to move on and get the design finished. But, of course within reason I'm not adverse to doing just that little extra thing that will finish your website and make you :).

3. Is there a contract?
No. I will be happy to sign an NDA, but other than that, other than a "hand shake" there is no contractual obligation between us.
